In October 2021 publicly listed Arkan Building Materials Company PJSC was combined with Emirates Steel Industries PJSC a wholly-owned subsidiary of General Holding Corporation PJSC (“Senaat”). This created Emirates Steel Arkan (ADX: EMSTEEL), the UAE’s largest steel and building materials public company.
