As part of our efforts to strengthen our partnerships with leading industry players and further leveraging our collective expertise, we signed an MoU with AD Ports Group, ITOCHU Corporation and JFE Steel to collaborate on activities related to the establishment of an integrated low-carbon iron supply chain complex, a first of its kind in the world. The complex aims to produce low carbon emission raw materials for use in steelmaking, further enabling #EmiratesSteelArkan to capture and meet the growing demand for environmentally friendly steel products while strengthening the country’s sustainable industrial ecosystem and contributing to achieving the UAE Net-Zero 2050 strategic initiative

EmiratesSteelArkan is proud to announce a strategic MoU with the Sultanate of Oman’s leading steel products manufacturer Al Jazeera Steel. This MOU, signed by Sheikha Amal Bahwan, Chairperson Al Jazeera Steel, and our Group CEO Eng. Saeed Ghumran Al Remeithi, aims to establish a strategic framework for collaboration, utilising our joint product expertise, and exploring new opportunities in the steel business ecosystem. The agreement covers Al Jazeera Steel’s upcoming medium-section rolling mill in Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD), and its existing facilities in Oman
