Our goal at the Group is to identify and cultivate the best talent within the organization to drive growth and prosperity for the group and for the country as a whole, taking great pride in fostering the #leaders of tomorrow. Highlights from our “Happy Tuesday” event, hosted by the Happiness and Wellbeing Committee at #EmiratesSteelArkan. The event takes place every week to cultivate a joyful atmosphere for all team members and establish a positive working environment for them. Employees enjoyed a day-long food festival with a variety of food trucks and kiosks, and had the opportunity to connect with other team members.

The company recently held a Safety Roadmap Leadership Workshop focused on developing leadership skills and strategies to effectively promote and implement safety protocols within the company. Attendees participated in interactive sessions and received training on identifying and mitigating potential #safety hazards, as well as developing a comprehensive safety roadmap for the organization.
